 YMCA Thames Gateway is currently recruiting for a full time Specialist Support Worker to provide housing related support to service users and customers to enable them to maintain their tenancies and to achieve their aspirations for independent living.  

You will assist in the day to day running of the housing foyer, to meet client needs through a high quality service which enables individuals to address their support needs and behaviour issues, and which then ultimately prepares for a positive move-on.  

 If you have experience of working with socially excluded young people, you just may be the person we are looking for!

 Summary of Job Profile:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Sunday includes evenings, weekends (one in six), shared bank holidays and occasional nights.

Contract type: Permanent
