Are you passionate about service improvement?
Do you have experience of review service provisions and proactively identifying improvements to benefit both the customer and business?
If so then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the UKs largest Housing Association.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with a team of Business Analysts and Project Coordinators, you'll provide dedicated leadership to a range of projects to enable the delivery of the Corporate Projects change portfolio.
You'll lead a number of service reviews, continuous improvement, strategic and business change projects (all non-technology), ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, on time and within budget.
This is a superb opportunity to join a progressive team within an ambitious and rapidly evolving organisation. Initial priorities within the role will include:
Detailed planning of assigned service review projects, developing the critical path, delivery timelines and stakeholder engagement approaches
Working with business leads to support them to plan and deliver their respective strategic projects
We're looking for someone with excellent organisation skills and an extensive knowledge in project management approaches who can translate and apply these approaches in a flexible way to meet business needs.
If you're someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive presenter and are capable of using these skills to influence senior stakeholders and customers, then we want to hear from you.
