An exciting opportunity has arisen for a data and systems orientated individual to join the Asset Team within the Housing Operations service.
The Asset Team is responsible for planning overall investment and programming work to all of Waverley’s 4800 housing stock and ensuring that residents homes are safe, warm and secure. We are also tasked with developing a long-term plan to improve the energy efficiency of all homes to meet Waverley’s Climate Change declaration.
The successful candidate will have excellent data analysis and reporting skills, confident of working with large amounts of data and using a variety of housing IT systems. They will also be able to work on a variety of projects at any time, be a self-starter and able to work independently to achieve positive outcomes.
Candidates should possess good ICT skills in a range of software particularly Excel and experience of specialist housing software, such as Keystone, Orchard, etc. would be a definite advantage
This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week.
