By 2040 Clarion aims to be the leading housing group for good quality, fit for purpose, well managed and sustainable homes.

To support this vision, we're currently recruiting for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Clarion marketing function based in London.

What you'll be doing

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be the guardian of Clarion's brands and produce strong branded collateral to use across various online and offline channels and formats. You'll work with the corporate marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns to create awareness of Clarion's services among residents.

Key duties include:

  • Manage the brand guidelines; evolving them to fit with the organisations needs

  • Develop interesting and relevant design concepts, graphics and layouts within a wide range of online and offline channels to communicate with residents

  • Support stakeholders with developing creative briefs and offer support with in-house design systems (e.g. template system)

  • Manage a range of projects from branding, brochures, newsletters, creating infographics, animations, html templates, managing document management software to create online publications

  • Take on the artworking element of larger projects

  • Ensure that the new brand identities are adhered to in all campaigns and throughout all channels and devise an efficient outlet to manage the brand

What we're looking for

We're seeking a graphic design professional with offline and online design experience who possesses creative flair and versatility. You'll have excellent communication skills and be confident to present ideas to colleagues of all levels.

You'll also have up to date industry leading software knowledge and a sound understanding of digital and print processes along with managing a photo and image library.

The design function at Clarion is very busy and almost as important as having great creative skills is the need for someone with very strong organisational skills in order to manage the requests and traffic that comes through the team in order to meet deadlines.
