We're looking for a Finance Business Partner, working in More London Place, to join our Finance Business Partnering Team responsible for working with the business to deliver financial and operational performance and insight.

Building knowledge in your area of the business you'll become a strategic advisor to the business to help support, challenge and evaluate decisions, with the aim of improving performance, fostering a culture of financial accountability, cost efficiency and value for money.

You'll assist with monthly management reporting, linking financial and operational metrics with commentary to provide insight into organisational performance, ensuring that the reporting is accurate and of high quality. With experience of management or financial accounting and excellent IT skills you'll be part qualified, newly qualified or studying towards a CCAB or equivalent accounting qualification. Using your strong analytical and problem solving skills and your accurate and logical approach you'll deliver month end procedures including journal preparation and reconciliations.

With good communication and interpersonal skills you'll also build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
