  • Have an excellent understanding of information governance and methods and techniques to segment data to comply with security needs.
  • Be able to work well as part of a team and within matrix management environments.
  • Be a strong leader, able to influence stakeholders and “sell” new ideas and ways of working.
  • Have excellent delivery skills with a proven track record of delivering large scale change on time and to budget.

  • Have formal project management training and experience.
  • Be experienced in presenting to boards and executive teams.
  • Be experienced in forming high functioning teams, aligned to corporate goals, values and behaviours.

Experience in the housing sector is preferable, however, this is not essential.
