We are recruiting for a motivated Resource Planner to join our Business Support Team and support our Home and Places Team to provide an outstanding service to our customers.
As Resource Planner you’ll be vital part in planning, scheduling and managing the HomeWorks operatives diaries and materials suppliers always ensuring supply meets customer demand, service targets and value for money.
What you’ll be doing?
The successful candidate will deliver dynamic, agile and efficient diary management, factoring in real time changes or any unforeseen events to limit any impact to customers and ensure value for money is achieved for the organisation. You’ll work with operatives and their team leaders to ensure they are achieving their daily work schedules by raising jobs accurately and validating with our housing systems.
The role involves data inputting from our bespoke systems and communicating effectively with service managers to ensure clear information is provided around planning, forecasting and scheduling. You’ll manage costs of our jobs and closing them to ensure they achieve the required financial status.
The stuff that sets you apart:
We’d love for you to have experience of resource planning in a contact centre environment and a level of knowledge or experience within the Gas Industry would be even better!
You’ll also have plenty of knowledge and understanding of the type of repairs undertaken by a direct labour organization and proven experience of report writing. We’ll look for excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills. In addition, you’ll be able to use Microsoft Office to an intermediate level.
