The Director of Operations will report directly to the Chief Executive and will join a well-established team of Directors. You will provide strategic advice, leadership and direction for the Operations directorate, ensuring the services and advice provided enables the organisation to deliver high quality property maintenance, community and support services, whilst providing exceptional value for money and a positive customer journey.

With a proven track record of operating at a senior level you will lead, inspire, direct and empower colleagues by setting challenging goals, providing development opportunities and effectively communicating the organisation’s direction and objectives.
