Resident Voice and Engagement LeadSalary £43,014 - £48,391 plus Essential Car User Allowance of £1,200 p.a.

Full-time 35 hours per week.  Hybrid Working (part home/part office).

We are looking for a customer-focused leader with a high level of drive determination to achieve excellence in all aspects of our resident voice and engagement service. You will bring creativity and flair to your job and be an inspirational leader to your team.

You will lead on the implementation of Hexagon’s Resident voice and engagement strategy, creating effective and innovative approaches to resident engagement methods, increasing the scope and levels of participation across our diverse customer base. 

Our ideal candidate will have:-

  • 2 years experience of either: customer service in particular engaging with customers and co-designing services; or developing and implementing resident engagement or community involvement processes.
  • One year’s experience of team leadership.
  • An understanding of the Social Housing White Paper, and thorough knowledge of

the Tenant involvement and empowerment standard and our regulatory framework.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and IT skills.

The role includes frequent evening/occasional weekend meetings, and access to own means of transport is essential.
