An exciting opportunity has come up for a Business Administrator to join the team for 6 months as part of the Kickstart Programme.

You will provide support to the Socio-Economic Inclusion Team in in all our community hubs across London including PCF Central Business Admin team as and when required. provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the team’s objectives are met.

Skills/experience required:
Essential

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
• Good customer care and valuing diversity
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
• To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation

Desirable

•Prior experience of working with clients in a community setting

Qualifications required

•5 GCSE’s at Grade 4 or higher (A-C equivalent) including Maths and English or a Level 2 apprenticeship in business related discipline

This is a 6 month fixed term contract and for 25 hours per week. You will initially be working from home.

1. Be between the age of 16-24, living in England or Wales
2. Currently receiving Universal Credit
3. Have the right to work in the UK
