Priority Transfers Officer - Secondment/FTC

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Priority Transfers Officer.

 

You will chair the weekly Priority Move Meeting, effectively manage and monitor the temporary and permanent decants cases.

 

To effectively manage and monitor cases on the Priority Transfer list, booking hotels for Temporary decants, monitoring expiry dates and extending bookings where required. Working with the Lettings team and External Partners to source properties for Management Transfers, temporary and permanent decants will include, monitoring waiting lists and ensuring the best use of associations stock.

 

Continuously seeking VFM and cost-efficient accommodation for decanting cases through our temporary accommodation provider and other available sources. You will need to work closely with the Surveying and Void teams to monitor work completion timescales.

 

You will contribute towards management of the decant budget, processing Homeloss and Disturbance payments. Conduct comprehensive case management providing regular updates to customers on when the properties are available.

 

This role will require flexible working conducting viewings, home visits and signups across all boroughs, including attending residents meeting in the evenings or weekends when necessary. Update and maintain systems/records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI’s are met.
