Job Details

This role is currently based from home due to COVID 19 until further notice. Peabody plans to move to a hybrid model of working which means that once our office refurbishment has been completed, the role will be part office (Waterloo) and part home based.

Are you looking to advance your sales career and want to work for an organisation that makes a difference?

If so, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team of sales professionals and help contribute to achieving Peabody’s goals. You will be responsible for effectively selling a portfolio of new build properties; maximising sales revenue through the sale of Shared Ownership and open market sale products. You will also be response for achieving and hopefully exceeding annual sales targets from reservations through to exchanges. In a challenging market, we are looking for someone that is forward thinking and willing to take ownership of a selection of award-winning developments.

As a valuable member of the team, you will be encouraged to use your communication and organisational skills and to drive sales. You will be supported to learn the portfolio of properties and trained with experts in the field to have a full understanding of the areas and what will be expected.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets (ideally in the property field). It is essential that you are highly organised and able to effectively prioritise and manage tasks, have strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and solution-focused with an eye for detail.

If you think you are the right person for the job and ready for the next step in your career please apply below.

Benefits: 30 days’ annual holiday plus bank holidays, Employee benefits program, Pension scheme + more
