Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is the UK’s first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, with 13,000 homes throughout the local area.

As part of this, we plan to deliver over 500 brand-new high-quality homes in Rochdale Borough over the next five years - and that's where you come in!

We're looking for an experienced development professional to join us as a Development Project Manager to help us to deliver our existing commitments and shape our future development programme.

Using your Housing expertise, you will identify and manage new opportunities from inception to completion, helping us to provide a pipeline of mixed tenure projects and that our schemes are delivering successfully to provide fantastic new homes. You'll be confident at  working together with RBH colleagues and with external partners including Homes England, Rochdale Council, consultants, contractors, and developers.

You will have a detailed knowledge of the housing development process, including funding regimes, and you'll have experience of the Homes England IMS system. You'll also need a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills, and your accurate records will ensure that our scheme audit file information meets with funding requirements.
