About the Role

To assist with the day to day administration of the Bank Staff Systems and Processes ensuring that Bank Staff data is accurately collated and recorded for the Association. Assist Scheme Managers in the use of the Bank Staff database, filling unallocated shifts on their behalf reducing the demand on agency workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare short-listing packs and arrange/assist interviews
  • To carry out all recruitment administration including; references, DBS check, right to work, ID badges, offer letters and contracts
  • Source Bank Staff to fill unallocated shifts to avoid use of Agency workers, working towards the Hightown objective of significantly reducing the use of Agency workers
  • Provide advice and support to scheme managers on the use of Business Manager (Hightown`s HR and Rostering database).
