We are looking for passionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our flexible Bank staff (zero hours contract) across various services in London. Experience in the following client groups is preferred (whether this is experience in your personal or professional life):

• Mental Health
• Learning Disabilities 

Please note this role may involve personal care.

Our staff should be reliable, flexible, motivational and have excellent values. They should be able to demonstrate that they are committed to providing outstanding support services to you will be required to provide high-quality support to customers with a history of mental illness. 

You will need to have experience of completing support plans, risk assessments and providing person-centred keywork support using a collaborative and empathetic approach.

A clear understanding of Safeguarding is essential. Training and support provided. In return we offer:

Shift patterns are; 8am - 3pm, 8am- 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 11am -7pm, 2pm - 10pm, 3pm - 11pm.  Sleep ins; 11pm - 8am.
