Strategic Asset Manager

£45,859 - £48,862 plus car user allowance

We have a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join us as Strategic Asset Manager. The role will focus on delivering our Asset Management Strategy which will also include:

• Managing the 30-year stock investment plan to ensure our properties meet all statutory requirements;
• Developing an understanding of the stock performance and social value of our housing portfolio;
• Leading on the journey of our roadmap to net zero carbon;

We are looking for someone who is customer focused and a team player but who is also technically strong, solution focused and a proven decision maker.  The nature of the role means that you must be able to ensure a safe working environment and sound commercial awareness would also be an advantage.

Surveyor – Voids & Property

£30,451 - £32,910 plus car user allowance

Sedgemoor, Somerset

We have a great opportunity to join a fantastic team in our Asset & Safety department.

You will be working alongside two other surveyors, overseeing works to void properties, ensuring they are ready for letting in a fully decorated A1 condition.

You will help look after our 4000 properties by assessing and working alongside our responsive repairs service and work collaboratively with the other fantastic teams in our small organisation to help deliver a great service to our customers.

You will need experience in dealing with reactive repairs and void properties as well as a good general building knowledge.
