Sheffield City Councils Repairs and Maintenance Service has a massive challenge to implement transformational change whilst working hard to recover from the impact of the COVID pandemic.
We are looking for a Service manager with the expertise, resilience, and determination to lead our teams through this challenging period and with the vision, creativity, and skills to implement our ambitious plans to become an employer of choice, improve Services to our tenants and grow and expand our Service to be an asset to the Council.
As our Commercial Services Manager you will play a key role in the Budget Setting and forecasting for the Service, be responsible for our internal Stores function and the procurement of our supply chain. You will build and grow our estimating and Surveying function to enable us to grow and expand our Service.
