Position: New Business Development Manager x 2 

Location: Yorkshire 

Salary: £55,000

Duration: Permanent

Pleased to announce a partnership between Greenacre and a new client (RSL)based in Yorkshire. We are looking to source them 2x New Business Managers in line with their growth ambitions. Reporting into the director the role will be focusing on bringing in Partnership, Package and S106 opportunities for the business.


* Working proactively to bring and source new business opportunities to feed into the development target.

* Managing a development officer providing guidance, opportunities and ideas to help them thrive and grow. 

* Carry out strength testing, feasibility studies on all schemes to make sure they are right for the business.  

* Drive forward a continuous improvement culture which enables the business to exploit new opportunities and to maximise its future potential.

* Collaborating with the delivery team bringing them on board through the planning stage so they aware of upcoming schemes and what they are going to be working with.
