This role

We are looking to recruit a Service Improvement Lead to our Risk and Compliance team. In this role, you will help operational colleagues in the Customer Services Directorate to deliver fantastic services to our customers. You will support our teams to develop robust information and processes that allow them to manage risks, quality, business continuity; and are able to respond to emergencies well. You will evaluate and test services, whilst also reporting and monitoring on key areas of the business for example: safeguarding, antisocial behaviour, complaints, and regulatory concerns (as per Financial Conduct Authority, Care Quality Commission and Regulator for Social Housing).

What you will need to succeed in this role

If you enjoy working in a diverse environment, have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of using information, learning and data to support our colleagues deliver the best possible service to our customers – this is the role for you.

Ideally you will be someone who has a good understanding of Housing, or Care and Support Services and be accustomed to working in a regulated environment.
