Job Details

We are looking for our next Project Manager, to join our Development Delivery Team and focus on project managing our new development schemes from point of contract to completion.

You will lead and project manage a portfolio of live sites comprising a range of:

  • S106 schemes
  • Land-led sites
  • Package deals with developers
  • Off the shelf purchases
  • Regeneration schemes and repurposing of our existing land ownerships.

About you:

You will have an understanding and operational experience of the development process (including risk assessment, financial appraisal and managerial experience).

As you will be working with many different developers and consultants, you will also have experience of working with a range of contacts (both internal and external stakeholders).

With fantastic communication and IT skills, you will have the ability to project manage and prioritise a busy workload.

It would be great if you had experience of using Proval LS and Sequel, but it isn’t essential.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required.
