£40,815 – £46,225 plus mileage 

Permanent, Full Time 

 

We’re currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Development team. This role will offer an opportunity to work with the Head of New Business and Land Managers identifying, developing, and delivering new opportunities contributing to the achievement of corporate growth targets across the Groups operating areas.

 

The successful candidate will work within the New Business Team to identify and deliver new initiatives, funding sources and opportunities for growth through alternative delivery models, ensuring that client teams within the group receive a high-quality development service addressing local priorities and objectives.

 

To be successful in this role you must have: 

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Homes England procedures, regulations and alternate funding streams.
  • To fully understand the various development routes and processes and demonstrate relevant experience of land, package, tendered works and s106 acquisition procurement.
  • Ability to negotiate funding from Local Authorities / Homes England.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
