Salary - £38,500
Permanent – 37 hours per week
We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities and Electrical Manager to support the Operations Manager to deliver an innovative, efficient and flexible service that is customer focused, compliant and sustains high levels of excellence and quality.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that the team is motivated to support the successful delivery of the day-to-day response, planned and cyclical works, meeting and exceeding customer service and quality standards. Further to this you will also manage the electrical repairs, electrical testing and rewire programmes on Two Rivers properties and external clients.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:
- Experience of managing Tradesman, facilities teams within a repairs /maintenance background.
- Experience of providing great customer focussed service.
- Knowledge of health and safety and CDM legislation.
- Leadership and Management qualification (ILM or similar) or working towards.
- Maintenance NVQ to level 3 or equivalent.
- Good general standard of education.
- A good technical background linked to a relevant trade background.
- Ideally a Health & Safety Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH).
Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
