Regeneration Development & Delivery Manager
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Hybrid working; from home, on site and can be based from any of our office locations (Gosforth - Newcastle Upon Tyne, Leeds, Peterborough or Farringdon - London)
Salary c£40,000 pa (pro rata) depending on skills and experience, plus, brilliant benefit!

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in our new role of Regeneration Development and Delivery Manager, managing the delivery of our complex and multi-faceted regeneration programme. You'll be supporting us in our strategic priority to build the right homes, in the right places and managing investment into our existing estates to support our customer promise. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark, using your technical development skills with customer and community facing experience to deliver new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You?ll be ensuring that our customers and communities are always at the heart of Regeneration.
You?ll manage and deliver projects from site/estate identification through to aftercare, working collaboratively as part of our national strategic asset group. This will include options assessments, land and development legal frameworks, project appraisals, planning submission and managing construction through to project completion. You?ll be working across several sites and estates delivering a variety of development investment solutions. You?ll carefully manage income and expenditure and be responsible for our relationship with developer and contractor partners.
You?ll be reporting to one of our Senior Regeneration Development and Delivery Managers, working alongside Simon our Head of Regeneration, who is passionate about building communities through social value and the re-development of homes.

A bit about you
It goes without saying that you?ll have experience within the housing sector, working in estate regeneration projects and delivering high quality new homes across multiple sites. With a relevant degree or equivalent, you?ll have experience in delivering complex mixed-tenure sites of scale successfully, including affordable housing and housing for private sale. You?ll have an excellent knowledge of the commercial aspects relating to housing development, the planning process as well as the procurement and management of contractor partners. You?ll impress us with your brilliant track record in putting together and implementing complex community focused and design led schemes.
You?ll have a full current driving licence and access to a vehicle as you?ll be required to travel and working across our different sites.
