We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our S4B Customer Services Team based in Brunswick Manchester.
Within this role you will provide a professional high quality multi-channel customer contact experience to all internal and external customers, handling the full range of housing enquiries and wherever possible offering a resolution at the first point of contact.
You will take accountability for handling all methods of customer interaction via the Contact Centre, social media and office reception and work to deliver a first point of contact resolution at all times. This role is suitable for an individual who is able to provide a professional, high quality multi-channel (Phone, Face-to-Face & Social Media) customer service to internal and external customers.
You will need experience of working in a customer facing environment and of using a wide range of relevant IT packages in order to manage customer contact efficiently. It is desirable that you have good knowledge of social housing.
This role will be based at the S4B Housing Office and will predominately work from that office, although some travel to other offices/sites may be required. Some flexibility may be offered to enable ad-hoc working from home from time to time.
This role is 18 hours per week over 3 days; Monday, Tuesday & Friday. Working hours are 11:00 - 17:00 (6 hours per day) Alternative working hours may be considered. Please note that the advertised salary is the full time equivalent, and will be pro rata in line with the part time hours of the role.
