Could you be ‘The One’ to pick up the lead in our journey down the digital rabbit hole to plug us and our customers into the Matrix?
Like Morpheus, we’re looking for a flexible, adaptable, digital dynamo who can help to continue to transform our reality and – crucially – how our customers do business with us, and excel in managing the ongoing changing shape of Futures and the exciting moves we have already taken.
This role is being uploaded so we can recruit a special talent on a 14 month fixed term contact with the experience of implementing effective channel shift strategies, including automation of services and managing such, and managing how organisations respond to customers.
You’ll be working at the cutting edge of our transformation programme which is helping Futures improve what it does and how it does it.
Because this is a cross-business role, we need a born people-person and skilled relationship manager who can work as part of a wider team.
You’ll also be a driven self-starter, comfortable with making decisions and communicating effectively to earn buy-in from stakeholders.
Naturally, you’ll be obsessed with how technology can improve lives and how it can be harnessed by organisations.
