Originally formed by the London Borough of Newham as an innovative and independent vehicle for the acquisition and refurbishment of temporary accommodation; we work in 8 London boroughs and across a variety of districts in Essex. We continue to acquire and refurbish properties and added 300 homes to our stock last year. We also offer intermediate rented homes for local key workers.
We know that one of the best ways we can achieve greater quality of life for customers is to provide them with a home they can be proud of and deliver cutting-edge services that are a pleasure to use. Our homes are used primarily for homeless/working households and/or key worker properties with plans for future growth of our portfolios.

You will be based at our head office in Stratford, London. We offer flexible working arrangements. This is a full-time position Mon-Fri (35 hours).
In return you will have a varied role, enhancing your skills and experience and learning new things. Having access to a car is preferable and onsite parking at our offices is available. We offer a good benefits package including a generous 27 days a year holiday entitlement and pension scheme, learning and development opportunities, membership of our gold healthcare cash plan, cycle scheme, and car and season ticket loans.
