We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Accountant to lead year end audit, including production of annual statements, deliver regulatory compliance and be pivotal in improving the efficiency of the finance service through reviewing systems and processes whilst ensuring their robustness.

You will be skilled at working collaboratively with, and influencing, stakeholders.

Advanced Excel and analytical and evaluative skills are essential.

Knowledge of rent setting, service charges, component accounting and general Housing sector experience an advantage.
