Strong foundations, excited about the future…

Established by visionary suffrage and housing campaigners in 1920 to provide affordable housing for women in London, our mission is as relevant today as it was a century ago. With house prices and rents in London that are out of reach of most women, we continue to provide high quality homes that enable women to feel safe and secure, supporting their independence and well-being.

So, what we do really matters, and we expect that it will matter to you as well.

As our new Chief Executive, you will have a unique opportunity to build on our success. Leveraging the best out of our assets and stock profile, providing direction and support to an ambitious Board and Executive Team, meeting the challenges around climate change and the needs of our existing and future tenant profile, whilst engaging with our residents supporting and enabling their ambitions and establishing a clear and sustainable future by developing our new strategic objectives.

With a professional background in social housing or a related setting, you will be committed to social justice that challenges the disadvantages faced by women. We will provide the drive, ambition and resources to achieve further growth. You will offer us executive level experience, strategic thinking and a highly evolved and inspirational leadership style that gets the best out of people.
