We are looking for an empowering individual to join Alliance in this new role and lead the management of our assets and develop our approach to addressing the climate crisis.
This is a critical leadership role to support an ambitious asset investment programme, enabling our customers to live in safe, warm, affordable and sustainable homes. You will also contribute corporately to the delivery of strategies and plans, working collaboratively as a member of the Operational Leadership Team.
We already manage and maintain a growing portfolio of 6,500 homes and 60 commercial premises. We have consistently reinvested our surpluses to improve the quality of homes for customers - but we know there is more work to do.

With experience in managing a high-quality customer focussed asset management service and multi-functional team, you will be confident in interpreting data to generate options and inform strategic decision making. This will also ensure contracts, projects and budgets are managed correctly.You will have experience in designing and delivering planned asset programmes and knowledge of energy
programmes and optimising those solutions.
You will know all about procuring goods and services to ensure quality assurance and value for money and have a deep understanding of good practice, legislation and other requirements relating to social housing and compliance.
