The role: you will provide project support for the migration from Capita’s OpenHousing housing management system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for housing.  

The role will is a great opportunity for you to manage data mapping, data extract builds and data cleansing, as well as process mapping for housing management (repairs, customer journeys, assets). A thorough knowledge of Capita OpenHousing is essential and will support the business in the use of OpenHousing until the go-live in Dynamics.
