A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Leasehold Retirement Property Management team.

In a nutshell, as a Senior Administrator, you'll assist with the efficient and effective running of Grange's administration department and will provide administrative support to the Business Services Manager and Head of New Business & Compliance. You'll perform general clerical and office duties, including the use of Microsoft applications, databases and dealing with customers, staff and contractors by phone and in person.

Some of the key duties include: -

  • To triage new business enquiries, by email and telephone

  • To update and maintain new business pipeline spreadsheet

  • To assist with drafting up and proof reading new business proposals and maintaining a log of amendments to proposal iterations

  • Attend fortnightly new business loading meetings and update status reports

  • Assist with answering incoming calls to the office as a member of the front-line team

  • Supporting and assisting the Business Services Manager and other members of the Admin team by helping cover absences and with ad hoc duties and projects

We're looking for individuals with an excellent level of customer service and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively as part of a successful team. You'll come to us with previous administration experience and excellent IT skills including MS Office and databases.
