We are looking to recruit a service charge analyst, who will support the service charge manager to review the end-to-end process. We are implementing a new housing and finance system to the organisation and this role will be key to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll be responsible for designing and mapping all our current service charge processes and improving our overall collection of service costs.

You’ll be someone that can build relationships easily and has proven experience of working collaboratively with people at all levels of the business.

You’ll have an eye for detail and ensure that all processes are accurate, you’ll also have an understanding of project tasks and how your work fits into a larger piece of work.

It would be helpful if you have experience of finance, service charges or housing management processes and good IT skills, although we do not need an IT expert.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks office but hybrid working available.

We offer a generous staff benefits scheme, including discounted medical treatments, generous leave, paid time off to volunteer and an annual grant to support your wellbeing.

This post is a fixed term position for 18 months and we will only consider applications submitted with a full CV and completed supporting statement. There is information on our website about our recruitment process.

For an informal and confidential discussion about the position please email craig.reynolds@wkha.org.uk to book a suitable time.
