We're looking for a service charge officer, who will be responsible for providing support in the management of service charges, managing agent accounts and utilities.
We’re looking for a service charge officer, who will be responsible for providing support in the management of service charges, managing agent accounts and utilities.
You’ll be providing residents with accurate, relevant, timely and easily accessible information about their service charges, ensuring West Kent fully recovers these costs.
You’ll need to have experience of service charges ideally within social housing or private sector or a management company.
You’ll need to be highly numerate, literate with good IT skills. The ability to prioritise, and work accurately and methodically under pressure. You’ll have proven experience of identifying potential problems, showing confidence and being prepared to challenge.
You’ll be someone that can build relationships easily as this role involves working with colleagues across the business as well as external customers.
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks office, however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
