What you will be doing: 

• Line managing and developing the team to ensure that targets are set to achieve budgets whilst delivering excellent customer experience

• Administering and progressing all conveyancing matters for plot sales, transactions to facilitate a timely exchange of contracts and legal completion 

• Managing the shared ownership, market and asset sales completion numbers, income and surplus annual targets and budget as the operational plan

• Attending monthly forecast meetings with the team and finance business partner

• Instructing solicitors for new build plot sale and RTHB

• Guiding purchasers through the conveyance process, assisting in explaining difficult and complex situations

We’d love to meet someone with:  

• Experience in a home sales environment such as estate agency, new home sales or housing association 

• A full understanding of the new build and residential conveyance process and shared ownership

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience of managing a team

• An excellent level of self motivation

• Knowledge of intermediate housing market would be advantageous
