We’re on the hunt for a New Homes Marketing Manager, know internally by us as Marketing Executive to join our team – could this be you? The focus of the role is marketing a portfolio of our new build homes under our Persona Homes brand.
You’ll begin work on each development before the first brick is laid by setting out your strategy before bringing them to life. You’ll manage the delivery of CGI’s, brochures and anything else needed to launch, including show homes and sales suites. To get the job done, you’ll work with a wide range of external suppliers from signage contractors to media buyers.
Lead generation is also a major part of this role. You’ll be responsible managing portals, web content and multi-channel campaigns so we reach our sales targets each month. We have a great reporting suite which you’ll use regularly to help you make informed data driven decisions and manage your finances. But there is plenty of scope for creative thinking and innovation within the role, especially with your campaigns.
There is plenty of autonomy, but don’t worry, you’ll not be on your own - you’ll be the eighth member of our team. We might be based across different locations, but we make time to get together, both online and face to face.
You’ll be reporting to Nic our Marketing Delivery Manager, who is passionate about working collaboratively with our sales teams and running campaigns which excite customers and help us meet our targets.
Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid working role, we have a flexible approach to the way we work, so you’ll spend some days in the office, some days working at home and other days working from our development sites.
This role will mostly focus on our portfolio of developments around London and our southern region, however you could be working on any of our projects nationally. We’re flexible on your location, but if you’re not based in London, you’ll need to be able to travel to us from time to time.

A bit about you
There’s lots going on, so you’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running. You’ll have worked in the property industry before, ideally in either a sales or marketing role, and understand the sales and marketing cycle. You’ll be able to strike a balance between creativity and analytics. You’ll feel comfortable bringing new ideas to the table, trying new approaches then evaluating the outcomes. You’ll be confident using wide array of data to drive and analyse the impact of your decisions, and equally comfortable with managing finance across your portfolio. Ideally you’ll have experience at engaging with and managing different external suppliers and stakeholders.
We’re a close knit team so you’ll need to be a real ‘people person’, comfortable working alongside our colleagues in sales and other stake holders across the business. You’ll be organised, flexible in your approach, able to manage multiple projects and plan work in advance to meet deadlines.
You’ll be able to visit most of your projects using public transport, however its an advantage if you hold a drivers licence (but you don’t necessarily need to own a car).
