We are looking for an Neighbourhood Assistant (1 post) to join our Neighbourhoods team in Merseyside until April 2022. Interviews will be held between 1st and 3rd December, 2021, for shortlisted candidates.
Reporting to the Letting & Administration Team Leader, you will provide administrative and lettings support to our Neighbourhoods teams.
The post holder will process housing application forms, supporting documentation and arrange viewings. You will be proactive in managing waiting lists for re-housing, to enable offers to be made. You will ensure nomination targets are achieved and build effective relationships with Local Authority partners and Choice Based Letting providers, whilst responding to lettings and housing options enquiries and providing housing advice to prospective customers. You will be required to develop adverts and marketing campaigns in partnership with Neighbourhood Specialists, whilst ensuring accurate tenancy agreements and sign-up packs are produced.
You will provide customer reception duties where applicable and support facilities management of regional offices, as well as performing general administrative duties to support the work of the neighbourhoods team.
To be successful, it is essential you have significant experience delivering customer service and working as part of a team, whilst following set policies and processes.
This role will be based at the Watson Building and will predominately work from that office, although some travel to other offices/sites may be required. Some flexibility may be offered to enable ad-hoc working from home from time to time.
