You could be a Principal Development Manager with extensive experience leading the delivery of a variety of complex and exciting projects or be finding that you are ready to move on from the Senior Development Manager position you have held. Whichever it is, if you are interested in working on an award winning mixed use redevelopment of a former shopping centre, or a market leading housing-led regeneration project being delivered through our modular factory in Basildon amongst other exciting projects, Swan would like to hear from you.
Having already held at least one Senior Development Management position or equivalent, you probably know a lot about what this type of role will entail. You will be expected to take ownership of key aspects of the project and have a dynamic and “can do” approach. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional schemes that will win awards and deliver transformational change for existing residents and visitors.
