Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to our Executive Director of Corporate Services and our Executive Director of Finance.
This isn’t your typical Executive Assistant role - it’s so much more than that. Naturally, we need someone who is highly organised and who can confidently carry out the duties you’d expect of an Executive Assistant role, but what’s more important, is that you can coordinate and collaborate whilst being emotionally intelligent. You’ll be the subject matter expert on key projects such as programme management, event management and customer engagement and communications.
It might be that you’ve had experience of a few roles within a business and you’re looking to bring your collective experience together, or perhaps you’re at an earlier point in your career and looking for a springboard for future progression, either way, we’d love to hear from you!
It’s imperative that you are one step ahead of our Executive Directors, understand how the organisation works and know exactly what’s happening on the ground. You’ll have exceptional communication skills, know who all the key stakeholders are and be able to manage them in a complex environment. Confidentiality is key as is experience of dealing with regulatory / governance matters.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
