Our awesome Customer Service team are second to none, so we’re looking for a special someone to take up the reins as Contact Centre Manager on our journey as we deliver ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’.




You’ll be a driver of change with the perfect platform to showcase your ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.




Your track record in managing multi-channel customer contact centres and pursuit of constant improvement will prove invaluable when implementing improvements to both services and procedures, enhancing the customer journey.




Above all, you’ll want to guide a proactive team of up to 25 putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.
