Key Worker – Beaufort Project
Full-Time 37 Hours per week (Evening and Weekend Work included), Temporary – 10 Months
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Key Worker to join our dedicated team at our mental health supported housing project in Sheffield. Could you inspire someone with enduring mental health issues to achieve their aspirations, goals and help them maximise their full potential?
The role can be challenging and is highly rewarding, the team work closely together and it’s a busy service where each day is different.
Job Description:
- £19,193 - £23,006 per annum, pro rata
- 37 Hours per week, Shift pattern with Evening and Weekend work

You will be able to demonstrate a real focus on working with customers on their journey to independence using astrength-basedtrauma informedapproach.You willhave some knowledge ofmental health recovery and understand the importance ofpeoplebeing encouraged to identify theirownstrengths.You will work with people to positively develop strategies to enable them to better manage their mental health and sustain their housing.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs and risks our customers experience and a commitment to helping customers develop and identify their recovery goals.
You have enthusiasm about helping others, be approachable and encouraging with customers to achieve their goals.
