We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Corporate Services Co-ordinator based in Bristol or home based with occasional travel. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

About our Corporate Services Co-ordinator role:

You will sit within our Governance & Risk team who are responsible for carrying out a range of corporate services activities in support of compliance reporting (incl. Health and Safety), risk management and assurance, Internal Audit, corporate performance reporting, and Business Continuity.

This role will involve delivering data to produce measurable results for the Executive Team and the Board and producing regular reports for performance monitoring purposes, across aspects like complaints, data protection and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities as our Corporate Services Co-ordinator:

  • Updating and maintaining corporate registers and frameworks, such as the Risk Register, Board Assurance Framework and Assets and Liabilities Register to ensure risks and performance indicators are recorded appropriately and timely.
  • Ensuring the organisational policies and procedures meet the regulatory requirements and best practice of the sector, monitoring for updates and changes in legislation.
  • Supporting the effective planning and delivery of the Internal Audit programme. This includes the administrative support of the audit process, the effective filing of reports and maintenance of the Audit Action Plan.

What we’re looking for in our Corporate Services Co-ordinator:

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Experience of processing and analysing data in written and numerical format.
  • High level of written presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
