What you'll be doing

We're looking for a number of compassionate and friendly Contact Centre Advisors to join our West Malling or Croydon teams, supporting the continued success and growth of our Customer Contact Centre. You'll be a natural people person with a 'can do' attitude who thrives on performance and positive results and who is adaptable and willing to learn.

Dealing with customer queries, including income collection, housing and tenancy management, repairs and complaints, you'll provide a high quality inbound and outbound service through our traditional telephony, postal and email systems as well as our emerging multi-channel platforms.

With proven experience working within a customer service environment and excellent communication skills, you'll manage and conclude enquiries effectively and sensitively at the point of contact where possible.

What we're looking for

You'll be confident using document management systems and have demonstrable problem solving skills, take ownership and resolve customer enquiries with a 'Right First Time' approach. Carrying out a range of admin tasks, liaising with colleagues and external agencies you'll provide positive outcomes in a timely manner.

You'll have a great team-spirit, with a continued understanding of the positive impact your work has on your team and our customers. You'll be polite, friendly and professional with the ability to communicate to a wide range of people. We're looking for people who have strong IT skills with the ability to multi-task.
