Job Details

Teachers' Housing Association comes with history and uniqueness.  Established back in 1967 and with historical links to education, we have a real sense of purpose and a passion for providing general needs accommodation in the Greater London area and sheltered housing nationwide.

As a smaller provider we are committed to offering high quality tenant focussed services to all those living in our housing and have a strong desire to modernise and develop to enable us to make a bigger impact across the social housing sector. This gives the new Chief Executive a unique opportunity to build on success to date and drive forward the strategic direction with a supportive and ambitious Board who are committed about meeting the challenges of the future needs of the business.

As our new Chief Executive, you will have a clarity of vision and be a creative problem solver along with strong communication skills. The ability to network will also be key, coupled with a collaborative and supportive style that engenders the best of people.

Whilst this could be your first Chief Executive position, you will bring a senior track record from having operated in the housing sector or a relevant transferable environment to enable you to work at pace and have impact within a short period of time.
