We are looking for a Payments Officer to ensure that all accounts payable transactions are processed accurately and in line with agreed payment terms, that and to facilitate the overall management of payments from the organisation.
The role of a Payments Officer is key to the accurate allocation and effective management expenditure for Plus Dane.
This includes following clear controlled processes and encouraging colleagues across the business to ensure the majority of payments are pre-authorised through the requisition and authorisation of orders at the point of commissioning.
The Payments Officer works as part of the Payments team within the overall Finance Team, and has key links with the Procurement team, the Business Partners, purchase order and invoicing system champions and the commissioners of goods and services across the organisation.
