Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) are recruiting for a dynamic, driven and innovative Independent Living Manager, to lead and manage the Independent Living Team ensuring that a high quality and value for money service is delivered, whilst meeting the needs and expectations of our residents and is aligned to the most up to date legislative and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone with experience, knowledge and understanding of:
- Delivering housing management services within the social housing sector, particularly in an Independent Living setting
- Sound knowledge of Housing Legislation
- Leading teams to deliver high levels of performance
