The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Neighbourhood Housing Team! As Neighbourhood Housing Manager you would be providing a comprehensive customer focused neighbourhood housing service. Including ensuring properties and estates are well managed and maintained ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with Neighbourhood Services.  You would be representing TCH in the community, liaising with residents, strategic partners and other agencies as well as managing a patch of properties in accordance with policies and procedures of TCH. This also includes managing low level Anti-Social Behaviour, tenancy management and estate and contract management. The salary is up to £34,800 pa depending on experience.
