We are recruiting for a qualified Electrician who takes pride on the quality of their work to join a forward thinking & growing housing association, making a real difference to people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing?

Working with our Planned Investment Team, you’ll carry out refurbishment work to kitchen and bathrooms in tenanted properties.  Part of your role will be to ensure all installations, repairs and inspections are carried out efficiently and within timescales to maximise the performance of the service and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll also be using your own initiative, resolve where practical any minor/routine technical difficulties on site but also working as part of a team liaising with other trades, HomeWorks administration and suppliers.

The stuff that sets you apart

This role would suit someone who is very focused on Customer Care and Experience whilst  delivering the best results and creating trust with our customers.

Additionally, the role requires a fully qualified Electrician with relevant experience and qualifications.  You will ideally have City & Guilds Level 3 (or recognised equivalent qualification), City & Guilds 2382 (18th edition) , NVQ in Electro technical Services & AM2 Certification.

In return we offer £30,319 per annum for 37.5 hours per week role with no fixed location. You'll be expected to travel also across the entire Yorkshire region for the role but a lot of the work is likely to be in the Central and South of the region.
