DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Property Lawyer

Hybrid location: working from home and one of our regional offices

Full time (37.5 hpw), Fixed term up to 12 months

Salary circa £40,000 per annum

Delivering effective property legal support. That’s when it hits home

As our Property Lawyer you’ll partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective legal support for all general property matters. This will include, property acquisition/ disposal, funding, development, housing management and other operational support across our operational services.

You’ll come from a legal background with experience of general property law and will be a qualified solicitor/barrister or equivalent in-house experience.

You will have experience of working within a customer orientated approach to service provision with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

About our team

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting our customers and colleagues with all their property issues.  To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. Our manager is Amanda who has been with Home Group for more than 12 years .  There are eleven of us in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too! 

Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll spend some days in the office and some days working at home. The great news is that you will have the flexibility of working either from home or in one of our local offices and we’ll give you the technology and kit to make that easy.

Working hours

It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
