We are excited to recruit for this brand new role at Golding and appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner.
You will be part of a passionate, inclusive and creative People team and play a key role in shaping our future.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will lead the development and management of all recruitment activity across the organisation. Working closely with the People team and stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for attracting the best talent to work at Golding Homes.
You will also design and manage the attraction and selection strategies for Graduates and Apprentices, and work to perfect our employer brand.

We are looking for an individual with great communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships. You will have a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as knowledge of modern attraction and selection methods and techniques.
You will have experience of successful search and selection in complex markets and competency of using a broad range of social media and networking approaches.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £40,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Our Hub, Home, Roam approach allows you to work from wherever suits you best whilst also having a central workspace to collaborate and come together. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
