We’re Abri, a housing association based in the south of England. One of the largest in fact. We've got 35,000 homes and 1,500 colleagues. And if all our 80,000 residents lived in the same place, we’d have a town roughly the size of Guildford.

Your new role

We’re excited to be looking for a new Head of Organisational Development to design and deliver an exceptional OD strategy to take Abri to the next level - and we need you!

Proven success in implementing first class OD initiatives will be a must as you'll be working closely with senior managers across the business including at Executive level, you'll develop and implement an OD strategy that recognises and enables high performing colleagues and teams and supports our exciting and ambitious corporate strategy.

Growth and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we want do so you'll be expected to implement new initiatives that will allow us to ensure we've got effective talent, succession and development plans in place at all levels across Abri that allow us to continue scaling up and effectively manage change.

Stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must as you'll work with senior leaders not only to understand their requirements and how they can be supported through our OD strategy but to positively challenge them when needed and win their buy-in to your initiatives.
